加强我国从吸血昆虫中分离的病毒对人与动物感染的研究

截至2024年初,我国已经从自然界采集的各类吸血昆虫标本中分离鉴定出大约60种可以在组织细胞培养复制的病毒分离物,其中分别从蚊虫、蜱虫、蠓虫、白蛉标本中分离鉴定出约40种、10种、10种、2种病毒,可见我国虫媒病毒病原学研究已经取得巨大成绩.然而,在已经分离到的病毒中的很多病毒缺少病毒对人和动物感染性研究,特别是这些病毒与人和动物疾病关系的研究.本文在介绍我国虫媒病毒病原学研究现状基础上,对加强我国从吸血昆虫中分离的病毒与人和动物感染关系的研究提出建议,以推动我国虫媒病毒与虫媒病毒病关系的研究.
Strengthen the research on the infection of humans and animals by viruses isolated from blood sucking insects in China
As of early 2024,China has isolated and identified approximately 60 virus isolates that can be replicated in tissue cell culture from various blood sucking insect specimens collected in nature.Among them,about 40,10,10,and 2 viruses have been isolated and identified from mosquito,tick,midge,and sandfly specimens,respectively.This shows that China's research on arbovirus etiology has made great achievements.However,the infectivity of most of these viruses to humans and animals,their relationship with human and animal diseases are still unclear.On the basis of introducing the current research status of the arbovirus etiology in China,this article puts forward opinions and suggestions on strengthening the research on the relationship between viruses isolated from blood sucking insects and human and animal infections,in order to promote the study of the relationship between arboviruses and arbovirus diseases in China.
