恶性腹膜间皮瘤治疗方案研究进展

摘要
恶性腹膜间皮瘤是临床罕见的恶性肿瘤,因其发病隐匿且缺乏特异性表现,治疗手段匮乏,仅有少部分人群可以接受手术治疗.随着肿瘤细胞减灭术联合腹腔热灌注化疗的不断发展,在一定程度上改善了患者的预后.同时,大量的靶向治疗和免疫治疗相关临床试验也为腹膜间皮瘤患者提供了治疗思路,增加了全身治疗方案的可选择性.本文拟对恶性腹膜间皮瘤的治疗方案和研究进展作一综述.
Abstract
Malignant peritoneal mesothelioma is a rare malignant tumor in clinical practice.Due to its insidious onset and lack of specific manifestations,treatment methods are scarce,and only a small portion of the population can receive surgical treatment.With the continuous development of cytoreductive surgery combined with hyperthermic intra-peritoneal chemotherapy,the prognosis of patients has been improved to a certain extent.Meanwhile,a large number of targeted therapy and immunotherapy related clinical trials have also provided treatment ideas for patients with perito-neal mesothelioma,increasing the selectivity of systemic treatment plans.This paper provides a review of the treatment options and research progress for malignant peritoneal mesothelioma.
