目的 探索一种简单易行的大鼠肾移植模型构建方法.方法 分析重庆医科大学附属儿童医院180余例同种异体大鼠肾移植模型构建中供肾获取、修剪、血管吻合及输尿管重建过程,记录手术操作要点、时间及成功率,分享改良肾移植模型构建经验.计数资料以频数(%)表示,计量资料以均数±标准差表示.结果 完成180余例异体异位大鼠肾移植模型构建,成功率约85%(154/181),受体手术时间70~75 min,血管吻合时间为(25.3±3.8)min.结论 改良肾移植模型易于掌握、耗时较短、成功率高、切实有效.
A modified method of rat kidney transplantation
Objective To explore a simplified and modified method of rat kidney transplantation.Methods We analyzed more than 180 heterotopic modified rat kidney transplantation models at Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University,recorded operation points,operation time,and success rate,and shared our experience.Categorical variables were presented as ratios(%)and continuous variables were presented by mean±standard deviation.Results We have performed more than 180 allogenic heter-otopic rat kidney transplantation procedures and gained a success rate of about 85%.The operation time of recipients was 70-75 min with vascular anastomosis time of(25.3±3.8)min.Conclusion A modified model to improve efficiency and success rate of rat kidney transplantation is established.This modified model is easy to master,with short operation time and high success rate.
