摘要
胃癌是全球最常见和最致命的癌症之一.铁死亡是一种依赖铁的细胞死亡形式,其特点是细胞内过氧化脂质积累和氧化还原失衡,在肿瘤发生发展中起重要作用.在本篇综述中,总结了目前铁死亡在胃癌研究中的相关进展,着重讨论铁死亡相关基因在预测胃癌患者预后中的潜力和利用铁死亡解决胃癌耐药方面的作用.
Abstract
Gastric cancer is one of the most common and deadly cancers worldwide.Ferroptosis is an iron-de-pendent form of cell death,characterized by intracellular lipid peroxidation accumulation and redox imbalance,playing an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors.In this review,we have summarized the current re-search progress in ferroptosis in gastric cancer,focusing on the potential of ferroptosis related genes in predicting the prognosis of gastric cancer patients and the role of ferroptosis in addressing gastric cancer drug resistance.
