Development in immunotherapy of tumor draining lymph node
The tumor draining lymph node(TDLN)is the first lymph node located downstream of the tumor,also known as the sentinel lymph node.Immune cell activity changes caused by changes of immune microenvironment within TDLN directly impact the activity and the metastatic ability of tumor cells.Immunotherapy is currently an impor-tant therapy for the treatment of malignant tumors,and changes in the immune microenvironment within TDLN are closely related to the effectiveness of tumor immunotherapy.This paper summarizes the progress in the changes of the immune microenvironment within TDLN and the efficacy of tumor immunotherapy,providing new ideas for the immuno-therapy of malignant tumors.
