摘要
冠心病近年来发病呈年轻化趋势,严重影响人们的生活质量,已成为威胁人类健康的主要疾病之一,需要早发现、早治疗.而心率变异性可以通过无创的方式准确反映心脏自主神经系统活性,是预测冠心病及其预后的有价值的指标.本文对冠心病与心率变异性关系的研究进展进行综述.
Abstract
In recent years,the incidence of coronary heart disease has been trending younger,seriously affect-ing people's quality of life,and has become one of the main diseases threatening human health,requiring early detec-tion and treatment.Heart rate variability can accurately reflect the activity of cardiac autonomic nervous system in a non-invasive way,and is a valuable indicator for predicting coronary heart disease and its prognosis.This article re-views the research progress in the relationship between coronary heart disease and heart rate variability.
