摘要
甲状腺癌在我国发病率不断上升,其发生发展机制一直是研究热点与焦点.外泌体在细胞间通讯中起重要调控作用,研究显示外泌体参与甲状腺癌的发生、发展和转移过程.近年来,有关外泌体在甲状腺癌中诊断和治疗的研究不断深入.本文对外泌体在甲状腺癌发生发展及诊断和治疗中的研究进展进行综述.
Abstract
The incidence of thyroid carcinoma is increasing in China,and the mechanism of its occurrence and development has been a research hotspot.Exosomes play an important regulatory role in intercellular communication.Studies have shown that exosomes are involved in the occurrence,development and metastasis of thyroid carcinoma.In recent years,the research on exosomes in the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer has been deepened.This article reviews the research progress of exosomes in the occurrence,development,diagnosis and treatment of thyroid carcinoma.
