降解雄激素受体治疗前列腺癌的研究进展

摘要
前列腺癌是男性常见的癌症之一.研究表明雄激素-雄激素受体信号通路在前列腺癌的发生和发展中起着重要作用.雄激素剥夺疗法已被广泛用于前列腺癌治疗多年,但大多数患者会不可避免地发展成更具侵袭性的去势抵抗性前列腺癌.因此,迫切需要新的策略来解决这一困境.目前,通过降解雄激素受体治疗前列腺癌显示出了良好的临床医用前景.本文对降解雄激素受体治疗前列腺癌的研究进展做一综述.
Abstract
Prostate cancer is one of the common cancers in men.Studies have shown that androgen-androgen receptor signaling pathway plays an important role in the occurrence and development of prostate cancer.Androgen deprivation therapy has been widely used to treat prostate cancer for decades,but most patients inevitably develop a more aggressive form of castration-resistant prostate cancer.Therefore,new strategies are urgently needed to address this dilemma.Currently,the treatment of prostate cancer by androgen receptor degradation shows a good clinical pros-pect.This article reviews the progress of androgen receptor degradation in the treatment of prostate cancer.
