可视化精准电生理适宜技术治疗女性中重度膀胱过度活动症的疗效观察

目的 评估可视化精准电生理适宜技术对女性中重度膀胱过度活动症(OAB)的临床疗效。方法 选取2022年6月20日至2023年6月20日武汉中心医院收治的女性中重度OAB患者作为研究对象,分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例,治疗组采用可视化精准电生理适宜技术诊断,记录有效电刺激参数,制定治疗方案,使用确定的电刺激参数进行电生理治疗2周;对照组采用药物治疗(琥珀酸索利那新片5mg/d),疗程2周。记录治疗前后膀胱过度活动症状评分(OABSS),进行统计学分析。两组间数据比较采用t检验进行统计学分析。结果 治疗组治疗后膀胱低温区域温度明显高于治疗前[(32。41±0。96)℃ 比(31。34±1。16)℃,t=5。066,P<0。001];治疗组治疗后OABSS明显低于治疗前(0。98±0。51比9。44±2。00,t=28。940,P<0。001),膀胱过度活动症状明显改善;治疗组治疗后OABSS明显低于对照组治疗后(0。98±0。51比7。10±1。34,t=30。070,P<0。001),治疗组膀胱过度活动症状改善较对照组更加明显。治疗组治疗后无特殊不良反应,对照组药物不良反应表现为口干14例(28%)、视物模糊5例(10%)、便秘8例(16%)、排尿费力2例(4%),对照组治疗不良反应明显高于治疗组。结论 可视化精准电生理适宜技术对中重度OAB患者有较好的疗效,且安全简便,临床推广价值高。
Therapeutic effect of visualized precise electrophysiological appropriate techniques in the treatment of moderate to severe overactive bladder in women
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of visualized precise electrophysiological techniques for moderate to severe overactive bladder(OAB)in women.Methods Female patients with moderate to severe OAB admitted to Wuhan Central Hospital from June 20,2022 to June 20,2023 were se-lected as the research subjects,and divided into a treatment group(n=50)and a control group(n=50).The treatment group was diagnosed using visual and accurate electrophysiological appropriate technology,effective electrical stimulation parameters were recorded,treatment plans were formulated,and the deter-mined electrical stimulation parameters were used for electrophysiological treatment for 2 weeks.The con-trol group was treated with medication(Solifenacin succinate 5 mg/d)for 2 weeks.The overactive bladder symptom score(OABSS)was recorded,and the data between the two groups were compared using t-test for statistical analysis.Results The temperature of bladder hypothermia area in the treatment group after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment[(32.41±0.96)vs.(31.34±1.16)℃,t=5.066,P<0.001].After treatment,OABSS in the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment(0.98±0.51 vs.9.44±2.00,t=28.940,P<0.001),and the symptoms of overactive blad-der were significantly improved.After treatment,OABSS in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(0.98±0.51 vs.7.10±1.34,t=30.070,P<0.001),and the improvement of symptoms of overactive bladder in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group.There were no special adverse reactions in the treatment group,while the adverse drug reactions in the con-trol group included 14 cases of dry mouth(28%),5 cases of blurred vision(10%),8 cases of constipa-tion(16%)and 2 cases of urination difficulty(4%).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the con-trol group was significantly higher than that in the treatment group.Conclusion Visualized precise elec-trophysiology techniques have good therapeutic effects on patients with moderate to severe OAB,are safe and convenient,and have high clinical promotion value.
