坏死性凋亡在结直肠癌中的作用及研究进展

摘要
结直肠癌是一种常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,目前,全球50岁以下结直肠癌患者的数量在不断增长.由于易对化疗药物产生耐药性,结直肠癌患者的预后差、死亡率高,寻找治疗结直肠癌的其他方法迫在眉睫.坏死性凋亡是一种由多种细胞因子和模式识别受体介导的程序性坏死,越来越多的研究表明,坏死性凋亡相关DNA/RNA可以提示患者预后,诱导肿瘤细胞发生坏死性凋亡有希望治疗结直肠癌.本文介绍了坏死性凋亡的具体机制及其在结直肠癌中的作用,并列举了近些年发现的针对结直肠癌坏死性凋亡的靶向药物.
Abstract
Colorectal cancer is a common gastrointestinal malignancy.At present,the number of colorectal cancer patients under 50 years old is increasing in the world.Because of its susceptibility to drug resistance,the prog-nosis of colorectal cancer patients is poor and the mortality is high,so it is urgent to find other methods to treat colorec-tal cancer.Necroptosis is a kind of programmed necrosis mediated by a variety of cytokines and Pattern recognition re-ceptors(PRRs).More and more studies show that necroptosis-related DNA/RNA can indicate the prognosis of pa-tients,and inducing tumor cells to necroptosis has the potential to treat colorectal cancer.In this review,we introduce the mechanism of necroptosis and its role in colorectal cancer,and list the drugs that target necroptosis in colorectal cancer.
