干细胞治疗肌肉骨骼疾病的研究进展

摘要
肌肉骨骼疾病,包括股骨头坏死、骨关节炎等,是导致非致命性伤残的首要因素,因此,需要探索更为完善的治疗方案.目前,干细胞疗法,尤其是异体来源的脐带干细胞治疗策略,已被证实对各个肌肉骨骼疾病均具有显著治疗效果.本文综述当前MSCs治疗肌肉骨骼疾病的研究进展,以进一步促进干细胞疗法的临床应用.
Abstract
Musculoskeletal disorders,including femoral head necrosis and osteoarthritis,are the leading cause of non-fatal disability,and therefore more sophisticated treatment options need to be explored.Currently,mesenchymal stem cell therapies,especially the therapeutic strategy of allogeneic umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells,have been shown to have significant therapeutic effects for various musculoskeletal disorders.This article summarizes the current research progress in MSC therapy for musculoskeletal disorders in order to further promote the clinical application of stem cell therapies.
