摘要
乳腺癌作为一种全身性疾病,治疗方案是以手术、化疗、放疗、内分泌治疗、靶向治疗、免疫治疗等多种方法结合的综合诊疗模式.手术是乳腺癌的主要诊疗手段,乳腺外科相关临床试验的进展能够为乳腺癌手术方式的发展提供坚实基础,从而达到改进治疗方案,改善患者预后的最终目的.
Abstract
As a systemic disease,breast cancer is mostly treated with a comprehensive diagnosis and treatment model combining surgery,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,endocrine therapy,targeted therapy,immunotherapy and other treatment methods.Surgery is still the main treatment for breast cancer.The pro-gress of clinical trials could provide a basis for the improvement of breast cancer surgery methods,so as to achieve the ultimate goal of improving treatment effect and improving patients'prognosis.
