Therapeutic effect of Shuangjin Paishi Tang on renal stones after extracorporeal shock wave litho-tripsy
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Shuangjin Paishi Tang on renal stones after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.Methods Patients with kidney stones admitted to the Depart-ment of Urology at Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.A total of 80 patients were se-lected from each of the two groups who completed the final treatment.The observation group received oral treatment with Shuangjin Paishi Tang on the basis of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,while the control group received only extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.The patients in the observation group and the control group were comparable in terms of gender,age,disease course,and stone size.The levels of serum inflammatory factors and renal function indicators were collected from patients before and after treatment,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results The IL-2 level in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment(t=-1.83,P<0.05);After treatment,the level of IL-6 was significantly lower than before treatment(t=-2.56,P<0.05);Post treatment TNF-α The level was significantly lower than before treatment(t=-1.45,P<0.05).The IL-2 level in the control group after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment(t=-2.18,P<0.05);After treatment,the level of IL-6 was significantly lower than before treatment(t=-2.89,P<0.05);Post treatment TNF-α The level was significantly lower than before treatment(t=-1.98,P<0.05).Observation group:IL-2,IL-6,and TNF-α after treatment the levels were significantly lower than those of the control group after treat-ment(t=2.48,3.87,1.25,P<0.05).The Scr level in the observation group after treatment was signifi-cantly lower than before treatment(t=-14.63,P<0.05);The BUN level after treatment was significant-ly lower than before treatment(t=-2.43,P<0.05).The Scr level in the control group after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment(t=-22.47,P<0.05);The BUN level after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment(t=-2.08,P<0.05);The levels of Scr and BUN in the obser-vation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(t=9.48,2.06,P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group is significantly higher than that of the control group(x2=10.42,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Shuangjin Paishi Tang in the treatment of kid-ney stones after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory fac-tors,improve renal function,and enhance therapeutic efficacy.
