随着纳米技术的大范围应用,纳米材料在医学领域特别是血管疾病的治疗技术进展迅速.尤其集中于动脉粥样硬化、静脉血栓等血管疾病的诊断及治疗方面,发展出了纳米探针、细胞膜包被纳米颗粒、蛋白质及脂质载体纳米药物、血管再生控制纳米药物等在内的多种纳米材料合成药物.以新型多功能纳米材料合成药物为代表的新药研发,也取得了良好的临床疗效.
Research progress of nanomaterials drugs in the treatment of vascular diseases
With the wide application of nanotechnology,nanomaterials have made rapid progress in the medical field,especially in the treatment of vascular diseases.In particular,it focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of vascular diseases such as atheroseclerosis and venous thrombosis,which has developed a variety of nanomaterial synthetic drugs,including nanoprobes,cell membrane coated nanoparticles,protein and lipid nanocarriers,and vascular regeneration control nanomedicine.The research and development of new drugs represented by new multifunctional nanomaterials have also achieved good clinical effect.
