中国骨科人工智能的发展现状与未来

随着当代科技的突飞猛进,以人工智能(AI)、扩展现实、数字孪生、脑机接口等为代表的一系列高新技术与传统医学交叉融合.其中,AI作为20世纪以来的尖端热门技术,经过了曲折漫长的4个阶段的发展:第一阶段(1950年~1956年)——萌芽期;第二阶段(1956年~1982年)——形成期;第三阶段(1982年~1990年)——发展期;第四阶段(1990年~至今)——繁荣期.现今AI已逐步延伸至骨科领域中,打开了骨科人工智能的新时代.目前,在我国骨科领域内,AI技术已被广泛应用在骨科疾病临床诊断、手术治疗方案决策、预后预测、术中智能导航辅助、康复护理以及医药研发等方面,在提高医疗工作效率的同时减轻了临床医生的负担,促进了骨科领域的革新.本文将对AI的发展历程及我国骨科人工智能的发展现状进行介绍,旨在为广大骨科医生阐明这一新兴领域,以启发骨科人工智能的新发展.
The current status and future of orthopedic artificial intelligence in China—expert review
With the rapid development of modern science and technology,a series of high and new technologies represented by artificial intelligence(AI),extended reality,digital twins,brain-computer in-terface and so on are interwoven with traditional medicine.Among them,AI as a cutting-edge hot technolo-gy since the 20th century,has undergone a long and tortuous development of four stages:the first stage(1950-1956)—embryonic stage;the second stage(1956-1982)—formative stage;the third stage(1982-1990)—development stage;the fourth stage(1990-present)—flourishing stage.Now AI has gradually ex-tended to the orthopedic field,opening a new era of orthopedic AI.At present,in the field of orthopedics in China,AI is also widely applied in the diagnosis of orthopedics diseases,decision-making of surgical treatment,prognosis prediction,intraoperative intelligent navigation assistance,rehabilitation nursing and pharmaceutical research,improving the efficiency of medical work,reducing the burden of clinicians,and greatly promoting the innovation in the field of orthopedics.This paper will introduce the development histo-ry of AI and the current status of orthopedic AI in China,aiming to clarify the new area for orthopedic sur-geons,and also in order to inspire the new development of orthopedic AI.
