摘要
作为一个年轻的临床医学科室,血管外科的发展离不开实验研究的支持.大量基础实验为血管外科的快速发展和临床创新奠定了基础.同时,血管疾病已成为威胁人类健康的主要疾病之一.进行血管外科方面的实验研究,对于改善相关疾病的预后和患者生存质量意义重大.从宏观层面看,血管疾病的高发病率和死亡率带来了巨大的社会经济负担.开展实验研究能推动外科治疗技术和方案的进步,有助于减轻疾病负担.从微观层面看,实验研究能深入揭示血管疾病的发生发展机制、探索外科操作的生理病理效应,为优化治疗策略提供理论依据.
Abstract
As a young clinical medical specialty,vascular surgery relies heavily on experimental research support.A large amount of basic experiments have laid the foundation for the rapid development and clinical innovations of vascular surgery.At the same time,vascular diseases have become one of the major diseases threatening human health.Conducting experimental research in the field of vascular surgery is of great significance for improving prognosis of related diseases and patients'quality of life.From a mac-ro perspective,the high morbidity and mortality of vascular diseases incur tremendous socioeconomic bur-den.Carrying out experimental research can promote the advancement of surgical techniques and regimens,which is conducive to alleviating the burden of diseases.From a micro perspective,experimental research can profoundly reveal the pathogenesis of vascular diseases,explore the pathophysiological effects of surgi-cal manipulation,and provide theoretical basis for optimizing treatment strategies.
