组蛋白去乙酰化酶3致器官纤维化的研究进展

摘要
器官纤维化是指正常组织的瘢痕形成和过度胶原沉积导致器官功能障碍甚至衰竭.组蛋白去乙酰化酶3(HDAC3)是一种组蛋白修饰酶,通过去除组蛋白上的乙酰基团进行表观遗传修饰来抑制基因表达.研究表明,HDAC3参与调控器官纤维化的发生发展.本文就HDAC3致器官纤维化作用的研究进展进行综述,为器官纤维化临床治疗提供新的思路.
Abstract
Organ fibrosis refers to the formation of scar and excessive collagen deposition in normal tissue lead-ing to organ dysfunction and even failure.Histone deacetylase 3(HDAC3)is a histone modifying enzyme that inhibits gene expression by epigenetic modification by removing acetyl groups from histone.Studies have shown that HDAC3 is involved in regulating the occurrence and development of organ fibrosis.This article reviews the research progress of HDAC3-induced organ fibrosis in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of organ fibrosis.
