肾脏肿瘤实验研究现状与展望

摘要
肾癌是我国第3大泌尿系统恶性肿瘤,晚期预后差.尽管靶免治疗很好的改善了晚期转移性肾癌的预后,但药物耐药及反应率低也影响患者生存.随着分子生物学实验技术方法的发展和不断运用,人们在肾癌基因组学、药物耐药、肿瘤病理分型等方面取得了新的研究进展.本文就肾脏肿瘤实验研究的最新进展进行综述.
Abstract
Renal carcinoma represents the third urologic neoplasm in frequency,and its prognosis is poor in an advanced stage.Although targeted and immune therapy has greatly improved the prognosis of advanced metastatic renal cell carcinoma,drug resistance and low response rates also affect patient surviv-al.With the development and continuous application of molecular biology experimental techniques,new re-search progress has been made in renal cancer genomics,drug resistance,and tumor pathological grading.This article reviews the latest advances in experimental research on renal tumors.
