多发性大动脉炎相关动物模型研究进展

摘要
多发性大动脉炎是指主动脉及其主要分支和肺动脉的慢性非特异性炎性疾病.病因目前尚不明确,为研究其发病机制,并在其病因学的基础上进行干预实验,需建立相关动物模型以完成进一步研究.在目前已发表的动脉炎相关动物模型的文章中,经雌激素诱导、基因敲除、细菌及病毒诱导等方案,具有一定的多发性大动脉炎建模可行性.
Abstract
Takayasu arteritis(TA)is a chronic non-specific inflammatory disease of the aorta,its main bran-ches,and the pulmonary arteries.The etiology of TA is still unclear.In order to study its pathogenesis and conduct in-tervention experiments based on its etiology,relevant animal models need to be established for further research.In the published articles on arteritis-related animal models,estrogen induction,gene knockout,bacterial and viral induction and other schemes have a certain feasibility in modeling TA.
