摘要
脂质代谢重编程在肾透明细胞癌(ccRCC)的生物学进展中发挥着重要作用,为肿瘤细胞的生命活动提供了必要的物质基础,在肿瘤的发生发展中扮演着重要角色.近年来随着脂质组学、代谢组学和高通量测序等技术在科研领域中的应用,人们对ccRCC的脂代谢特征及调控机制有了更深入的认识.目前发现大多数肿瘤倾向于利用脂肪酸分解代谢为自身供能,而ccRCC则更依赖于胞质中堆积的脂质来构建细胞膜骨架并介导细胞间的信号传导.因此,脂质代谢异常被认为是ccRCC的重要生物学标志.本文主要围绕肥胖、血脂异常、脂代谢相关酶及关键调控分子与ccRCC发生进展间的关系进行综述,为ccRCC的防治提供新思路.
Abstract
Lipid metabolic reprogramming plays an important role in the biological progression of clear cell re-nal cell carcinoma(ccRCC),which provides the necessary material basis for tumor cells and plays an important role in tumor development.With the application of technologies such as lipidomics,metabolomics and high-throughput se-quencing in scientific research,scientists have gained a deeper understanding of the lipid metabolism characteristics and regulatory mechanisms of ccRCC.It is now found that most tumors tend to use fatty acid catabolism to provide en-ergy,whereas ccRCC relies more on lipids accumulated in the cytoplasm to build the cell membrane skeleton and medi-ates intercellular signaling.Therefore,abnormal lipid metabolism is considered an important biological hallmark of ccRCC.This article focuses on the relationship between obesity,dyslipidemia,lipid metabolism-related enzymes and key regulatory molecules and the progression of ccRCC to provide new strategies for the treatment of ccRCC.
