摘要
体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)被广泛应用于呼吸衰竭或(和)循环衰竭的救治.近年来,ECMO应用于气道手术的报道越来越多,总体并发症较小,取得了比较好的治疗效果,为此类患者的处理提供了新的思路,本文从适应证、应用时机、模式选择、抗凝管理、并发症等方面对ECMO用于气道手术的研究进展做一综述.
Abstract
Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)is widely used in the treatment of respiratory failure or(and)circulatory failure.In recent years,there are increasing reports on the application of ECMO in airway surger-y,with overall relatively low complications and good outcomes,providing a new way for the management of such pa-tients.This article reviews the research progress of ECMO in airway surgery from the aspects of indications,using time,mode selection,anticoagulant management,and complications.
