摘要
间充质干细胞(MSCs)作为干细胞治疗肝脏疾病中常见的细胞来源,通过向肝脏的迁移、肝源性分化和旁分泌机制,促进肝再生和修复肝损伤.细胞外囊泡(EVs)是一种几乎所有细胞都能分泌的天然载体,主要起维持细胞间通讯的作用,其内容物和功能常类似于亲本细胞.由于EVs本身的优势,已经有大量MSCs-EVs对肝脏疾病治疗的研究.本文对近年来MSCs-EVs这种无细胞疗法在非酒精性脂肪性肝病、肝纤维化、肝癌和肝再生中的作用机制及临床应用作一综述,为肝脏疾病的治疗提供新的思路.
Abstract
Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs),a common cell source in stem cell therapy,promote liver regen-eration and repair liver damage through migration to the liver,liver-derived differentiation,and paracrine mechanisms.Extracellular vesicles(EVs)are a natural carrier secreted by almost all cells,mainly acting as maintaining intercellular communication.Their contents and functions are often similar to those of parental cells.Due to the advantages of EVs,there have been numerous studies of MSCs-EVs for treating liver diseases.This paper summarizes the action mecha-nism and clinical application of the cell-free therapy of MSCs-EVs in nonalcoholic fatty liver diseases,liver fibrosis,liver cancer,and liver regeneration.It provides new ideas for the treatment of liver diseases.
