中药单体治疗骨质疏松症的分子机制研究与展望

摘要
骨质疏松症作为一种常见的骨骼系统疾病,给患者的健康带来了严重影响.近年来,越来越多的研究聚焦于中药单体的应用,探究其在治疗骨质疏松方面的潜在作用及分子机制.目前研究较多的中药单体包括淫羊藿苷、葛根素、姜黄素、柚皮苷等,本文拟综述相关研究进展,并探讨面临的挑战和未来的发展方向.
Abstract
Osteoporosis,as a common disease of the skeletal system,brings serious health problem to patients.In recent years,more and more studies have focused on the application of herbal monomers to investigate their potential role and molecular mechanisms in the treatment of osteoporosis.Currently,more researched herbal monomers include icariin,puerarin,curcumin,naringin,etc.This article summarizes the progress of related studies and discusses the challenges and future development.
