组织工程化耳软骨研究进展

由先天发育异常引起的小耳畸形给患儿造成了严重的生理和心理负担。传统的耳再造方法存在创伤大、易感染、效果不稳定等缺点。近年来,随着组织工程技术的发展,其在耳再造领域展现了广阔的应用前景。本文从仿生微环境构建、移植物植入体内后的形态保持及移植区域免疫反应三方面入手,对组织工程化耳软骨的体外和体内研究进行总结,以期对研究人员提供有益的参考。
Progress in tissue engineered auricular cartilage
Microtia caused by congenital dysplasia brings serious physiological and psychological burden to the children.Traditional ear reconstruction methods have disadvantages such as trauma,infection and unstable effect,etc.With the development of tissue engineering,it has shown a great potential in ear reconstruction.Here,we discussed the construction of biomimetic microenvironment,morphological maintenance and immune response of transplantation area,thus to summary the current in vitro and in vivo studies in auricular cartilage tissue engineering.We hope to pro-vide beneficial information for other researchers.
