Research progress in macrophage surface low affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc region receptor Ⅱ-B recep-tor mediated effects
The expression of low affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc region receptor Ⅱ-B(FcγRⅡB)receptor on the surface of macrophages is correlated with inflammations, autoimmune diseases, tumors, organ transplantation, etc. The extensive immunological response induced by the binding of activated receptor FcγRs to antigen-antibody com-plexes,can be counteracted by the activation of FcγRⅡB.Regulating the expression of FcγRⅡB in macrophages can alleviate or treat inflammations, autoimmune diseases, tumors, organ transplant rejection, etc.
