黏蛋白在结直肠癌的研究及应用进展

摘要
结直肠癌是第三高发的恶性肿瘤,据统计2023年新发病例超过15万例,死亡率达8％居世界第三位,因此对结直肠癌的预防、危险因素的识别、筛查及治疗具有重要意义.近年研究表明,肠道内黏液对肠道相关疾病发生发展具有重要作用,而黏液中的重要成分黏蛋白可通过甲基化修饰异常、O-糖基化修饰异常等途径诱导肿瘤的发生.本文就黏蛋白在结直肠癌中对肿瘤细胞的细胞周期与细胞凋亡,及对肿瘤微环境的相关作用进行综述,并讨论了黏蛋白对结直肠癌患者预后评估与治疗的潜在价值.对黏蛋白的深入探索将对结直肠癌的发病机制、寻找简便高效的诊断标志物及探索结直肠癌治疗手段提供新的方向.
Abstract
Colorectal cancer(RC)is the third most common malignant tumor,with more than 150 000 new ca-ses in 2023 and a mortality rate of 8％in the world.Therefore,it is of great significance for the prevention,identifica-tion,screening and treatment of CRC.Recent studies have shown that intestinal mucus plays an important role in the occurrence and development of gut-related diseases,and mucin,an important component of mucus,can induce the oc-currence of tumors through abnormal methylation and O-glycoylation modification.In this review,the effects of mucins on cell cycle,apoptosis and tumor microenvironment in CRC were reviewed,and the potential value of mucins in prog-nosis assessment and treatment of CRC patients was discussed.The in-depth exploration of mucin will provide a new direction for the pathogenesis of CRC,the search for simple and efficient diagnostic markers and the exploration of CRC treatment.
