类器官在结直肠癌治疗中的应用进展

摘要
结直肠癌类器官是利用患者来源的肿瘤组织体外培养的三维肿瘤细胞模型,高度模拟了肿瘤组织的特征,保留了个体之间的肿瘤异质性.类器官作为一种新的临床前模型,在疾病的基础研究、疾病造模、药物筛选和开发等方面取得了一定的研究进展,克服了其他模型在结直肠癌治疗研究上的缺点.本文主要对类器官在结直肠癌治疗中的应用进展作一综述,希望为结直肠癌的临床治疗提供新策略.
Abstract
Colorectal cancer organoids are 3D tumor cell models cultured in vitro with tumor tissues from pa-tients,which highly model the characteristics of tumor tissues and retain tumor heterogeneity between individuals.As a new preclinical model,organoid has made some progress in basic research,disease modeling,drug screening and development,overcoming the shortcomings of other models in medicine research.Here,we mainly review the applica-tion of organoids in the treatment of colorectal cancer,hoping to provide new strategies for the clinical treatment of colo-rectal cancer.
