肺类器官是由成体干细胞或多能干细胞在三维培养条件下形成的具有一定空间结构的组织类似物,正逐渐成为研究肺发育和肺部疾病的新工具。肺类器官是近年来生物医学研究领域的重大突破之一,目前已成功地在体外重现了肺部细胞及其微环境的复杂性。作为一种新型模型,肺类器官在肺发育和肺疾病研究中具有巨大的潜在应用价值。然而,肺类器官检测方法并不完善和统一,这有可能对肺类器官技术的广泛应用带来一定的障碍。因此,本文对近年来肺类器官常用的结构与功能有关检测方法进行了综述,以期为肺类器官应用提供参考。
Research progress in detection methods of lung organoid model
Lung organoids,formed from adult stem cells or pluripotent stem cells under 3D culture conditions,are gradually emerging as novel tools for studying lung development and pulmonary diseases.Representing a significant breakthrough in biomedical research in recent years,lung organoids have successfully recapitulated the complexity of lung cells and their microenvironment in vitro.As a novel model,lung organoids hold immense potential for investiga-ting lung development and diseases.However,the current detection methods for lung organoids are not yet perfect or standardized,potentially hindering their widespread application.This paper provides a review of commonly used struc-tural and functional detection methods for lung organoids in recent years,aiming to offer guidance for their application.
