多系分化耐应激细胞及其相关的应用研究新进展

再生医学中,干细胞治疗成为了当今强大的工具,既可用于恢复在人类疾病中丢失的各种细胞,也可用于自我更新的过程。多系分化耐应激(Muse)细胞是耐应激的内源性多能干细胞,被认为优于间充质干细胞(MSCs)。Muse细胞存在于外周血、骨髓和几乎所有器官的结缔组织中,并能分化成3个胚层的所有细胞,产生组织相容细胞。Muse细胞的独特多能性、应激耐受性、非致瘤性、免疫调节和高归巢率,有可能突破当前基于细胞疗法的局限性。近年来临床前研究取得了一些新进展,并逐渐开展了一些临床试验,Muse细胞有望成为再生医学治疗的新突破。
Recent advances in Multilineage-differentiating stress-enduring cells and related applications
Stem cell-based therapies in regenerative medicine become a powerful tool today,both for recovery of various cells lost in human disease and for process of self-renewal.Multilineage-differentiating stress-enduring(Muse)cells are endogenous pluripotent stem cells that are stress resistant and considered superior to mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs).Muse cells are found in peripheral blood,bone marrow,and connective tissue of almost all organs,and can differentiate into all cells of the three germ layers,producing tissue-compatible cells.Due to the unique pluri-potency,stress tolerance,non-tumorigenicity,immune regulation and high homing rate of Muse cells,it is possible to break through the limitations of current cell-based therapies.Recently,some new progress has been made in preclinical research and some clinical trials have been gradually conducted.Muse cells are expected to become a new break-through in regenerative medicine therapy.
