摘要
中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(NETS)和血小板能够相互作用、相互影响,血小板能够通过多种形式刺激中性粒细胞形成NETS,而NETS同样能够活化血小板,促进血小板黏附、聚集.两者之间的相互作用,参与了血栓形成、炎症、创伤、肿瘤、糖尿病创面等多种疾病的发展.本文就NETS和血小板之间的相互作用及对多种疾病的影响进行探讨.
Abstract
Neutrophil extracellular traps(NETS)and platelets can interact and influence each other.Platelets can stimulate neutrophils to form NETS through various forms,and NETS can also activate platelets and promote plate-lets adhesion and aggregation.The interaction between them is involved in the development of many diseases such as thrombosis,inflammation,trauma,tumor,and diabetic wounds.The interaction between NETS and platelets and their influence on various diseases were discussed in this article.
