摘要
目的 探讨驱动蛋白20A(KIF20A)和脊椎蛋白2(SPON2)与结直肠癌患者疾病进展和预后的关系.方法 选取2019年5月至2024年5月广东医科大学附属医院诊治的134例结直肠癌患者癌组织和对应癌旁组织标本,采用免疫组织化学法检测癌组织和癌旁组织标本中KIF20A蛋白和SPON2蛋白的表达情况,应用x2检验分析KIF20A蛋白、SPON2蛋白的表达水平与结直肠癌临床病理特征的关系.结果 KIF20A蛋白在结直肠癌组织中表达率为71.64%(96/134),明显高于癌旁组织中表达率[15.67%(21/134)],两者比较差异有统计学意义(x2=85.330、P<0.01),KIF20A表达水平与结直肠癌患者组织学分化程度、浸润深度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关[63.64%(49/77)比 82.46%(47/57)、63.29%(50/79)比 83.64%(46/55)、63.01%(46/73)比81.97%(50/61)、62.86%(44/70)比 81.25%(52/64),x2=5.710、6.606、5.876、5.567,P<0.05].SPON2蛋白在结直肠癌组织中表达率为67.16%(90/134),明显高于癌旁组织中表达率8.96%(12/134),两者比较差异有统计学意义(x2=96.298,P<0.01).SPON2表达水平与结直肠癌患者组织学分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关[58.44%(45/77)比78.95%(45/57)、58.90%(43/73)比 77.05%(47/61)、58.57%(41/70)比 76.56%(49/64),x2=6.245、4.961、4.907,P<0.05].结论 结直肠癌组织中KIF20A蛋白和SPON2蛋白均呈表达上调,两者可能参与了结直肠癌的发生发展.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between kinesin family member 20A(KIF20A)and spondin 2(SPON2)and disease progression and prognosis in patients with colorectal canc-er.Methods The expression of KIF20A protein and SPON2 protein in cancer tissue and adjacent normal colorectal tissues of 134 colorectal cancer patients treated and treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Guang-dong Medical University from May 2019 to May 2024 were detected by immunohistochemical method.The expression levels of KIF20A protein and SPON2 protein were analyzed by Chi-square test and the relation-ship between the clinicopathological features of colorectal cancer was analyzed.Results The expression rate of KIF20A protein in colorectal cancer tissues was 71.64%(96/134),which was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal colorectal tissues[15.67%(21/134)],and the difference was statistically significant(x2=85.330,P<0.01).The expression level of KIF20A were significantly correlated with his-tological differentiation,depth of invasion,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer patients[63.64%(49/77)vs.82.46%(47/57),63.29%(50/79)vs.83.64%(46/55),63.01%(46/73)vs.81.97%(50/61),62.86%(44/70)vs.81.25%(52/64),x2=5.710,6.606,5.876,5.567,P<0.05].The expression rate of SPON2 protein in colorectal cancer tissues was 67.16%(90/134),which was significantly higher than that in para-cancerous tissues 8.96%(12/134),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=96.298,P<0.01).The expression level of SPON2 were sig-nificantly correlated with histological differentiation degree,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis of color-ectal cancer patients[58.44%(45/77)vs.78.95%(45/57),58.90%(43/73)vs.77.05%(47/61),58.57%(41/70)vs.76.56%(49/64),x2=6.245,4.961,4.907,P<0.05].Conclusion KIF20A protein and SPON2 protein are both up-regulated in colorectal cancer tissues,which may be involved in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.
