摘要
水凝胶由于其自身材料特性而具有较好的生物相容性,在组织工程、智能结构以及生物医药等领域有着巨大的应用前景.随着高分子学科的发展以及实际应用的需求,大量学者开始对可响应强韧水凝胶进行研究.然而传统加工手段得到的水凝胶结构多为块状及薄膜结构,形状较为简单,变形单一,响应速度较慢,难以满足实际应用需求.3D打印的出现及发展为水凝胶提供了一种新的加工方式.本文针对水凝胶在3D打印组织工程中的应用展开研究,从水凝胶的概念即类别、水凝胶在3D打印组织工程的作用机制以及水凝胶在3D打印组织工程中的应用具体展开相关工作.
Abstract
Hydrogels have good biocompatibility due to their material properties,and have great application prospects in the fields of tissue engineering,intelligent structure and biomedicine.With the development of polymer science and the demand of practical application,a large number of scholars began to study the responsive and tough hy-drogels.However,the hydrogels obtained by traditional processing methods are mostly blocky and thin film structures,with simple shape,single deformation and slow response speed,which are difficult to meet the needs of practical appli-cations.The emergence and development of 3D printing has provided a new processing method for hydrogels.This pa-per focuses on the application of hydrogels in 3D printing tissue engineering,including the concept of hydrogels,the category of hydrogels,the mechanism of action of hydrogels in 3D printing tissue engineering,and the application of hydrogels in 3D printing tissue engineering.
