摘要
肿瘤电场治疗(TTFields)是一种利用低强度、中频交变电场对抗癌症的非侵入性方法.1992年,Grosse和Schwan发现低强度交变电场在球形细胞中有诱发跨膜电压的能力,此后低强度交变电场因其在抑制肿瘤生长和进展方面的治疗潜力而受到关注.本文综述了 TTFields治疗胶质母细胞瘤(GBM)的机制和最近的研究进展,并分析了 TTFields的未来方向.
Abstract
Tumor Treating Fields is a non-invasive method that uses low-intensity,medium-frequency alterna-ting electric fields to fight cancer.In 1992,Grosse and Schwan discovered that low-intensity alternating electric fields have the ability to induce transmembrane voltages in spherical cells,and since then low-intensity alternating electric fields have attracted attention for their therapeutic potential in inhibiting tumor growth and progression.This article re-views the mechanism and recent research progress of TTFields in the treatment of glioblastoma,and analyzes the future direction of TTFields.
