Basic research and surgical treatment progress of renal cell carcinoma
Renal cell carcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumors of the urinary system.The progress and breakthroughs in basic research provide more possibilities for the treatment and prognosis of renal cell carcinoma.In recent years,with the widespread application of robotic surgery,the surgical treatment of renal cell carcinoma has taken a new step,moving towards more minimally invasive and precise direction,and the"301 grading system"for renal cell carcinoma with inferior vena cava metastasis was born,bringing more benefits to patients.Balancing tumor control and functional preservation is the direc-tion and trend of renal cell carcinoma treatment,and the ROADS scoring system for intrarenal tumors can guide nephron-sparing surgery more accurately and safely.This article summarizes the recent progress in basic research and surgical treatment of renal cell carcinoma for clinical practice reference.
