Expression and role of solute carrier organic anion transporter 1B3 in prostate cancer
This paper discusses the multifaceted role of gene research in prostate cancer research.Early studies have found that the expression of several genes is closely related to the development of prostate cancer,but the new study shows that the influence of individualized rare genes on the development of pros-tate cancer is worthy of further study.For example,in hormone-dependent prostate cancer,SLCO1 B3 pro-vides a potential therapeutic target by regulating hormone metabolism.Its role in cancer metastasis,drug therapy and immunotherapy also provide a new perspective for the individualized treatment of prostate canc-er.It calls for further research on its molecular mechanism to improve the individualization of treatment.
