摘要
本文综述了 SLCO1B3在前列腺癌研究中的多层面作用.研究结果显示SLCO1B3基因表达与前列腺癌发展密切相关,其遗传多态性在不同人群中值得深入研究.在激素依赖性前列腺癌中,SLCO1B3通过调节激素代谢提供了潜在的治疗靶点.其在癌症转移、药物治疗和免疫治疗方面的作用也为前列腺癌个体化治疗提供了新的视角.这一综述强调SLCO1B3在前列腺癌研究中的重要性,并呼吁进一步深入研究其分子机制,以提高治疗的精准性.
Abstract
This paper discusses the multifaceted role of gene research in prostate cancer research.Early studies have found that the expression of several genes is closely related to the development of prostate cancer,but the new study shows that the influence of individualized rare genes on the development of pros-tate cancer is worthy of further study.For example,in hormone-dependent prostate cancer,SLCO1 B3 pro-vides a potential therapeutic target by regulating hormone metabolism.Its role in cancer metastasis,drug therapy and immunotherapy also provide a new perspective for the individualized treatment of prostate canc-er.It calls for further research on its molecular mechanism to improve the individualization of treatment.
