四肢骨折患者术前血清长链分化拮抗非蛋白编码RNA和叉头框蛋白O1表达与预后的关系

目的 探讨四肢骨折患者术前血清长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)分化拮抗非蛋白编码RNA(DANCR)和叉头框蛋白O1(FOXO1)表达与预后的关系.方法 选取扬州市中医院骨伤科2020年1月至2022年10月收治的120例四肢骨折患者为骨折组,另选取扬州市中医院同期体检的60例健康体检志愿者为对照组.x2检验和t检验比较两组血清lncRNA DANCR、FOXO1水平;x2检验和t检验比较不同预后患者术前血清lncRNA DANCR、FOXO1水平;单因素和Logistic回归分析影响临床预后的因素;受试者工作曲线(ROC)分析术前血清lncRNA DANCR、FOXO1对预后不良的预测价值.结果 骨折组术前血清lncRNA DANCR、FOXO1水平高于对照组[2.70±0.21比0.95±0.14、(9.91±1.08)ng/ml 比(6.24±0.73)ng/ml,t=58.350、23.734,P<0.05];预后不良四肢骨折患者术前血清lncRNA DANCR、FOXO1水平高于预后良好的四肢骨折患者术前血清lncRNA DANCR、FOXO1 水平[3.99±0.81 比 2.25±0.19、(11.59±1.62)ng/ml 比(9.32±1.04)ng/ml,t=22.389、11.375,P<0.05];粉碎骨折[比值比(OR)=2.846,95%可信区间(CI):1.039~7.795,P<0.05]和 lncRNA DANCR(OR=2.440,95%CI:1.057~5.635,P<0.05)、FOXO1 升高(OR=3.248,95%CI:1.212~8.705,P<0.05)是影响预后的因素;血清 lncRNA DANCR、FOXO1 水平预测预后不良的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.873和0.858(P<0.05).结论 四肢骨折患者术前血清lncRNA DANCR、FOXO1水平为影响预后的相关因素,且对预后具有较好的预测价值.
Relationship between preoperative serum long non-coding RNA differentiation antagonizing non-protein coding RNA,forkhead-box O class 1 and prognosis in patients with limbs fracture
Objective To explore the relationship between preoperative serum long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)differentiation antagonizing non-protein coding RNA(DANCR),forkhead-box O class 1(FOXO1)and prognosis in patients with limbs fracture.Methods A total of 120 patients with limbs frac-ture and 60 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examination in Orthopedics and Traumatology Department of Yangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled as fracture group and con-trol group between January 2020 and October 2022,respectively.The levels of serum lncRNA DANCR and FOXO1 were compared between the two groups by chi-square test and t-test.After 1 year of follow-up,lev-els of serum lncRNA DANCR and FOXO1 in patients with different prognosis were compared by chi-square test and t-test.The influencing factors of clinical prognosis were analyzed by univariate and Logistic regres-sion analysis.The predictive value of serum lncRNA DANCR and FOXO1 for poor prognosis was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves.Results The levels of preoperative serum lncRNA DANCR and FOXO1 in fracture group were higher than those in control group[(2.70±0.21)vs.(0.95±0.14),(9.91±1.08)ng/ml vs.(6.24±0.73)ng/ml;t=58.350,23.734,P<0.05].The levels of preoperative serum lncRNA DANCR and FOXO1 in patients with poor prognosis were higher than those with good prognosis[3.99±0.81 vs.2.25±0.19,(11.59±1.62)ng/ml vs.(9.32±1.04)ng/ml,t=22.389,11.375,P<0.05].comminuted fracture[(odds ratio(OR)=2.846,95%confidence interval(CI):1.039-7.795,P<0.05],increased lncRNA DANCR(OR=2.440,95%CI:1.057-5.635,P<0.05)and FOX01(OR=3.248,95%CI:1.212-8.705,P<0.05)were risk factors of prognosis.The area under the curve(AUC)values of lncRNA DANCR and FOXO1 for predicting poor prognosis were 0.873 and 0.858,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative serum lncRNA DANCR and FOXO1 are influen-cing factors of prognosis in patients with limbs fracture,which have good prognostic value.
