摘要
良性前列腺增生(BPH)是泌尿外科最常见的疾病之一,其导致的下尿路症状(LUTS)严重影响老年男性的生活质量.BPH的一线治疗药物虽然有效,但仍存在药物不敏感或逐渐失效的情况.因此,本研究旨在综述当前BPH发病机制的研究现状,总结各种因素对前列腺腺体及基质增生的影响,以期寻找可靠的干预靶点,为临床BPH的治疗提供新的思路.
Abstract
Benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)is one of the most common disorders of urology,resulting in lower urinary tract symptoms(LUTS)that seriously affect the quality of life of elder men.Although the first-line treat-ment drugs for BPH are effective,there are still cases of drug insensitivity or gradual failure.Therefore,this study aims to review the current research advances of the pathogenesis of BPH,and summarize the influence of various factors on prostate gland and stromal hyperplasia,in order to find reliable intervention targets and provide novel approaches for clinical BPH treatment.
