胃癌(GC)是一种常见的恶性肿瘤,其发病率和致死率均较高,病理机制复杂,一直是临床和科研领域的难点.环状非编码RNA(circRNAs)是一类闭合环状的非编码RNA分子,可以在表观遗传、转录和RNA调控阶段介导基因表达.近年来研究结果显示,一些circRNAs的异常表达与胃癌发生发展密切相关,可用作诊断性生物标志物以及治疗靶标,有着巨大的研究前景.
Research progress of circular non-coding RNA in the mechanism of gastric cancer occurrence and development
Gastric cancer(GC)is a common malignant cancer that has always been a difficult problem in clini-cal and scientific research fields.CircRNAs are a class of closed circular non-coding RNA molecules that can mediate gene expression during epigenetic,transcriptional,and RNA regulation stages.In recent years,research has found that abnormal expression of some circular RNAs(circRNAs)is closely related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer,and can be used as diagnostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets,with great research prospects.
