摘要
冠心病是我国城乡居民主要死亡原因,铁死亡作为一种新型死亡方式在冠心病的发展中扮演着重要角色,抑制铁死亡可有效预防及延缓冠心病的发生、发展、转归与预后.本文主要阐述了铁死亡发生机制、调控机制以及铁死亡对冠心病的影响,旨在介绍铁死亡与冠心病的相关性,并为冠心病的预防和诊治提供新的思路.
Abstract
Coronary heart disease is the main cause of death for urban and rural residents in China.Ferroptosis plays an important role in the development of coronary heart disease.Inhibition of ferroptosis can effectively prevent and delay the occurrence,development,outcome and prognosis of coronary heart disease.This article mainly describes the mechanism of ferroptosis,its regulatory mechanism and the effect of ferroptosis on CHD,aiming to introduce the correlation between ferroptosis and CHD,and provide new ideas for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of CHD.
