摘要
贫血是腹膜透析(peritoneal dialysis,PD)患者罹患心血管疾病、治疗效果较差及死亡的重要影响因素,但相比血液透析患者,关注PD患者贫血的相关临床研究和流行病学调查较少.PD患者贫血影响因素众多且复杂,但各因素在具体影响程度及方向上缺乏有力的证据,进一步了解其贫血影响因素,更有利于针对性纠正贫血状况.该文综述PD患者贫血的流行病学现状,以及贫血的影响因素包括生理因素、治疗因素、营养因素及其他因素4个方面,以期为PD患者贫血治疗和相关研究提供参考.
Abstract
J Anemia is a significant influencing factor of peritoneal dialysis(PD)patients to suffer from cardiovascular diseases,worse therapeutic effect and death.However,compared with hemodialysis patients,there are fewer clinical studies and epidemiological investigations concerning anemia in PD patients.The influencing factors of anemia in PD patients are numerous and complex,but there is a lack of strong evidence on the specific degree and direction of each factor.Further understanding of the influencing factors of anemia in PD patients is more conducive to the targeted correction of anemia status.This article reviewed the epidemiological status of anemia in PD patients,and the influencing factors of anemia from the aspects of physiological factors,therapeutic factors,nutritional factors and other factors,to provide references for the treatment and related studies of anemia in PD patients.
