基于共生活力的三线老工业历史文化街区更新研究——以绵阳市跃进路为例

历史文化遗产型的传统老工业街区更新思路比较局限,以过度保护或商业化的更新为主,忽略了经济活力、社会活力、空间活力三者之间的平衡,最终导致更新后活力不足.三线老工业历史文化街区具有其特殊性,其活力问题亟需重视.基于此,文章引入"共生活力"思想,借助房价、大众点评POI、百度热力图、人口普查数据、网络点评文本、路网等多源数据构建三线老工业历史文化街区更新后的活力评价体系.以绵阳市跃进路为实证研究,分析活力状态及特征,挖掘活力差异性的动因,并从完善参与主体管理体系,建立多元投资机制;强化共生活力正向要素,灵活调节活力影响机制两个层面提出活力提升策略,以期为类似的三线老工业历史文化街区更新提供一定思路和借鉴.
Research on Renewal of Third-line Old Industrial Historical and Cultural Blocks Based on Symbiotic Vitality:a Case Study of Yuejin Road,Mianyang City
The traditional old industrial blocks with historical and cultural heritages have limited ideas of renewal,mainly focusing on over-protection or commercial renewal,ignoring the balance between economic vitality,social vitality and spatial vitality,which ultimately leads to insufficient vitality after renewal.The third line old industrial historical and cultural block has its particularity,and its vitality needs to be paid attention to.Based on this,this paper introduces the idea of"symbiotic vitality"and constructs an updated vitality evaluation system for third-line old industrial historical and cultural districts with the help of multi-source data such as housing price,public review POI,Baidu heat map,population,online review text,and road network.Taking Yuejin Road of Mianyang City as an empirical study,this paper analyzes the state and characteristics of vitality,excavates the causes of vitality difference,and establishes a diversified investment mechanism by improving the management system of participants.By strengthening the positive elements of symbiotic vitality and flexibly adjusting the vitality influence mechanism put forward vitality promotion strategies,the study hopes to provide certain ideas for the renewal of similar third-line old industrial historical and cultural blocks.
