Spatial Survey of Streets in Older Neighborhoods after Renovation Based on CEMs:Taking the Streets Around Shengyuan Subdivision in Dongying City as an Example
Currently,cities have shifted from the stage of expansion development to that of stock development.The renovation of old communities is an important part of urban renewal,and their spatial resources gradually fail to meet the current living needs.As the spatial skeleton of the community,the street is the space for pedestrian activities,and its spatial quality directly affects the residents'perception of the community.The article takes the post-use evaluation of the street space of the renovated old community as the research object,takes the streets around Shengyuan District in Dongying City as an example,and uses capture evaluation methods surveys(CEMs)to investigate and analyze the attention behavior of the renovated street space from the perspective of users.The results of the study show that users mainly pay attention to seven types of street space nodes,namely in the order of attention:pipeline facilities>sidewalks>carriageway>line facilities>signal facilities>shared bicycle parking place>signage,and clarify the differences in attention and evaluation of users in different age groups,which provides a transformation focus and transformation direction for the transformation of streets around old communities,and can be used to improve the transformation of street space in other old communities.
