基于场所营造的历史商业街区公共空间使用后评估模型——以前门商业街区为例

历史商业街区精细化管理重要性日渐提升,将其营造为有意义的场所对文化传承起到重要作用.本文使用VOSviewer软件对国内外场所营造与历史街区评价的文献进行总体分析,发现基于场所营造的历史商业街区评价模型研究较少.基于历史街区特征与场所营造理论指出的优质公共空间品质,通过文献分析与层次分析法等建立历史商业街区公共空间使用后评估模型.评估模型应用于前门-大栅栏商业街区,使用模糊综合评价法得到对比评估结果,并提出反馈.建立的评估模型提供了系统尺度,可对比不同历史商业街,并可随时间衡量其变化,以期对未来历史街区更新提供参考.
Historic Commercial Blocks Public Space Post-occupancy Evaluation Model Based on Placemaking:a Case Study of Qianmen Commercial Block in Beijing
The fine management of historical commercial blocks is an increasing important issue.Placemaking plays an important role in cultural inheritance.In this paper,VOSviewer software is used to make a general analysis of literature on placemaking and historical district evaluation,and it is found that there are few studies on historical commercial district evaluation models based on placemaking.Based on the characteristics of historical blocks and the quality of public space from placemaking theory,a post occupancy evaluation model of historical commercial blocks public space is established through literature analysis and analytic hierarchy process.The evaluation model is applied to Qianmen-Dashilar commercial block,and the results are obtained by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The established evaluation model provides a systematic scale,which can compare different historical commercial streets and measure their changes over time,providing references for the future renewal of historic streets.
