Analysis of Restaurant Environmental Characteristics Preferences and Spatial Design Elements Based on Post-occupancy Evaluation
From the perspective of post-occupancy evaluation(POE)research of restaurant environment design,the user evaluation data is obtained by user content generation method and analyzed by PCA method to find the preference characteristics of restaurant environment design.Through literature research and expert consultation,the design considerations of space that affect the preference characteristics of users are further analyzed.On this basis,the design strategies of restaurant environment are analyzed and the programming graph is constructed to present the correlation among environment preference characteristics,spatial considerations and design strategies.
