Research on the Identity Construction Mechanism of Urban Public Space under Interactive Rituals
With the acceleration of globalization and the de-velopment of the Internet,digital media has gradually be-come a new environment for interaction between people and society,profoundly reshaping the human land relation-ship in cities.Under the tremendous changes in the mate-rial,emotional and spiritual connection between people and cities,identity has become an important topic of concern for people.As the main place and medium for urban perception and experience,urban public space plays an important role in connecting people and the city,and becomes an impor-tant lever to stimulate,consolidate and strengthen urban identity.This article introduces the interactive ritual chain theory of sociology as a new perspective for studying urban public space.By constructing an interactive ritual model,it analyzes the underlying logic and construction mechanism between urban public space and urban identity.It is be-lieved that the formation and development of urban identity in urban public spaces are related to and consistent with the interactive ritual chain.Urban public spaces achieve mutual attention,emotional connection and collective ex-citement through interactive rituals,and act on group unity,emotional energy,and symbolic symbols to construct urban identity.Based on this conclusion,innovative strategies for creating urban public spaces through enhancing interactive rituals are proposed,providing new theoretical references and practical application directions for leveraging the value of urban public space creation in shaping urban identity.
