基于夏季热环境的居住区架空层布局优化研究——以合肥市某小区为例

居住区架空层是住区中常见的空间类型.本文选取合肥市某小区为研究对象,通过实地实测调查该住区夏季热环境现状.研究结果表明,架空层内部的温度和湿度明显低于住区外部空间.在本研究中,以通用热气候指数作为室外热舒适评价指标,利用LadybugTools对该小区的六种不同架空层设置工况进行了热环境模拟研究.实验结果显示,架空层布局采用在住区单侧布置或错列式布置的方式能够有效改善住区的室外热环境,在住区的迎风面布置架空层可以显著改善住区内的室外热环境状况.
Research on Optimization of Elevated Floor Layout in Residential Districts Based on Summer Thermal Environment:Taking a Community in Hefei as an Example
The elevated floor is a common type of space in residential districts.This research selects a residential area in Hefei as the research object,and investigates the summer thermal environment data in the residential area through field measurements.This research results show that the air temperature and relative humidity in the elevat-ed floor are significantly lower than outdoors in residential area.In this research,the Universal thermal climate index is used to evaluate outdoor thermal comfort,and the Ladybug tools are used to conduct a thermal environment simulation study on six different plans.The experimental results show that the layout of the elevated floor using a single-sided or staggered layout in the residential area can effectively improve the outdoor thermal environment of the residen-tial area,while arranging the elevated floor on the windward side of the residential area can significantly improve the out-door thermal environment conditions in the residential area.
