Research on Social Equity Performance Evaluation of Public Service Facilities Based on Temporal and Spatial Evolution:Taking Shenzhen as an Example
The fair layout of public service facilities is of great significance for safeguarding people's rights to life and promoting high-quality urban development.Exploring the matching degree between population density and pub-lic service facility space from an economic perspective is the key to evaluating social equity. This study takes Shen-zhen City as an example, based on multi period POI data.Firstly, methods such as kernel density and multi distance spatial clustering analysis are used to explore the spatial evolution laws and facility aggregation characteristics of four types of public service facilities, which serve as the basis for social equity evaluation.Secondly,Gini coefficient and location entropy methods are used to select education and medical facilities that are closely related to daily life for social equity performance evaluation.Research has found that:1.The overall pattern of facilities over the past eight years presents a"core dispersed"diffusion structure, with differences in spatial evolution, aggregation degree, and distribution direction among different types of facilities.2.From the evolutionary law of spatial layout, various facili-ties spread from the core area to the north and northeast circles, while facilities in the eastern region are still less distributed.3.The allocation of public service facilities is relatively fair, but there are still extreme situations. The main reasons for unfairness are the uneven allocation of facility space and the mismatch between population density and facilities. This article can effectively provide dynamic moni-toring basis for the development direction of urban public service facilities, and provide scientific reference for the fair layout of public service facilities in Shenzhen.
