Exploration of Community Micro-regeneration Pattern Embedded in Demand Translation System
After turning to the social factors and community,urban regeneration renders public participation into one of its most important elements.Based on the Actor-network Theory and their micro-regeneration planning practices,the community designers have translated the planning and architecture techniques into the public through their con-nection with the local clusters and several socio-technical systems like art or IT,and rendered such actor network into a Demand-Translation System.Through the embedment of this system,a project-based regeneration pattern,includ-ing public participation,demand collection,data translation and project implementation,was formed which can be used in different scenarios,vitalizing the public space and inspir-ing its operative potential with digital technology.
