传统村落集中连片保护利用路径研究——以云南省石屏县为例

传统村落是我国历史文化遗产保护体系的重要组成部分,其保护利用需持续研究.当前,我国在传统村落保护利用方面的研究大多聚焦于单个村落,且在过程中也出现了如内生发展动力不足、空心化现象严重、同质化发展现象突出问题,亟需新的研究视角.为此,本文聚焦集中连片视角,针对传统村落密集度较高的地区,提出"挖掘整理文化遗产、强化村落内在联系","资源特征识别、确定集中连片分区","共建共享基础设施和旅游服务设施","促进资源流动、优化提升产业结构"的传统村落集中连片保护利用路径,并以石屏县传统村落为案例进行实证研究,以期为传统村落保护利用提供借鉴.
Abstract
Traditional villages are an important part of Chi-na's historical and cultural heritage protection system,and their protection and utilization need to be continuously stud-ied.At present,most of China's research on the protection and utilization of traditional villages focuses on individual villages,and in the process,there are also problems such as insufficient endogenous development momentum,seri-ous hollowing phenomenon,and prominent phenomena of homogeneous development.A new research perspective is urgently needed.To this end,this article focuses on the per-spective of centralized continuous villages.For areas with concentration of traditional villages,it proposes to"digging and sorting out cultural heritage,strengthening the internal connection of villages","identification of resource charac-teristics,determination of centralized continuous zoning","co-construction and shared infrastructure and tourism ser-vice facilities","promoting resource flow,optimizing econo-my structure".The clustering protection and utilization path of traditional villages is studied with the case studies of tra-ditional villages in Shiping County,in order to provide refer-ence for the protection and utilization of traditional villages.
