云南城镇工人住区历史演变及其更新模式探讨

摘要
作为计划经济时期中国最主要的居住形式,工人住区占有十分重要的历史地位,时至今日仍然影响着中国的城市格局.随着时代的变化与市场经济的高速发展,工人住区在此进程中逐渐破败甚至拆除.由于工人住区承载着特殊时期的生活痕迹,是城市发展记忆的重要载体.文章通过对云南城镇部分工人住区发展演变的梳理分析,归纳出各时段云南工人住区的格局变迁,结合国务院《关于全面推进城镇老旧小区改造工作的指导意见》,针对城镇工人住区特征与现状问题,探寻对城镇既存工人住区改造提升的理论思考与实践的可能性.
Abstract
As the main form of housing in China during the planned economy pe-riod,worker settlements held a very important historical position and still affect China's urban pattern to this day.With the changes of the times and the rapid development of the market economy,it seems that the working class is gradually withdrawing from its dominant position in society,and worker settlements are gradually decaying or even being demolished.Due to the fact that worker settle-ments carry traces of life from special periods,they are an important carrier of ur-ban development memories.The article analyzes the development and evolution of some worker settlements in urban areas of Yunnan,summarizes the changes in the pattern of worker settlements in Yunnan during different periods,and com-bines the State Council's"Guiding Opinions on Comprehensively Promoting the Renovation of Old Urban Residential Areas"to explore the theoretical thinking and practical possibility of upgrading existing worker settlements in urban areas based on their characteristics and current situation.
